Financial Reporting and Consolidation SR Analyst

We are currently searching for a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager / Senior Analyst to join our global finance team. This role will drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight through the use of financial consolidation tools and dashboards, ensuring timely and actionable financial information for executive leadership and operational teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proven history in leading consolidation processes across global entities, optimizing reporting workflows, and driving digital transformation in finance.
What you will do:
- Consolidation
- Principal technical owner of financial reporting and consolidation processes and systems, responsible for system strategy, internal support, and managing related outside services.
- Build and lead the go-forward strategy for financial reporting and consolidation tools, including the evaluation of potential software and service alternatives, and spearhead any transitions.
- Maximize the value of financial reporting and consolidation tools within the organization by leveraging the tools’ available capabilities.
- Direct the standardization and automation of reporting processes, thereby improving consistency and reducing reporting cycle times.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes across multiple global manufacturing entities and other teams.
- Dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into plant performance, cost drivers, and financial KPIs.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives including cost optimization, capital investments, and operational efficiency.
- Primary preparer of reporting packages for use by parent company in its consolidation process and by external audit processes. Year-end reporting package is quite involved in terms of financial data provided.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and external reporting requirements (GAAP/IFRS).
- Support audit and compliance activities by preparing accurate and timely documentation and reconciliations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minium of ten (10) years in a role focused on financial consolidation and reporting.
- Expert proficiency in OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion (Enterprise Performance Management, EPM), or similar financial close and consolidation tools.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with Rockwell Plex ERP is a significant plus.
- Experience with QAD, SAP, and other ERPs would be beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance, operations, and IT teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, including the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical teams.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation principles, and cost accounting.
